This flyer offers some basic information about NHS.

This form will be used when NHS helps with SPED field trips. In previous years, we have gone to Costco, Dollar Tree, and Grant's Farm. You can also use this form for any other field trips that you go on. Our first SPED field trip this year is to Purina Farms.

This is a form that gives you permission to ride in a car with someone. You will probably not use this for NHS, but you may use it for another organization that you are apart of.
